How Our Customer Reviews and Ratings Work

How We Keep Our Customer Reviews Authentic and Reliable

How reviews are collected:

We use the third-party service Okendo to collect reviews in two ways:

• After purchase: Customers receive an email and can leave a verified review.
• Directly on the product page: Customers can also write a review directly on our website.

How we verify reviews:

• Reviews from email invitations are always verified (linked to a real order).
• Reviews submitted directly on the website are marked as:
  • Verified – if they can be matched to an order
  • Unverified – if no order can be confirmed

How reviews are managed:

• We display both positive and negative reviews.
• We do not change the content, except to remove:
  • Personal information
  • Inappropriate language
  • Spam

Publishing & Ratings:

• All reviews are automatically published with their verification status.
• The star rating is based on the average of verified reviews.
• Reviews are displayed according to Okendo’s default settings (e.g., most recent or highest rating first).

Third Party (Okendo):

Reviews are managed via Okendo, an independent third-party service.
